The clutch saver works great for both repairing a broken clutch perch and protecting the perch from breaking in the first place. I'd say these are a must for anyone running a heavy duty flag mounted directly to clutch and brake lever housings. I used the clutch saver to fix a recently broken Brembo clutch perch and installed the brake saver to protect the brake perch. They are expensive, but build quality is top notch and they work as advertised.
I broke the bottom mount of my clutch at Silver Kings which nearly ended my race. Afterward, I went down to the R&duro booth with the intention of buying the EZ clutch system, the gentleman took a look at where it broke and told me it wouldn't work. So instead he mounted this system FOR FREE, and the clutch was back to new, even with the broken clutch perch, it was like nothing ever happened. Recently, I also broke the top mount and this system kept my ride alive, with BOTH sides broken.
